James Turrel’s Skyspace Installation at Friends Seminary in Manhattan has been in the news lately. While we are getting used to insane amenities from private schools, this is a new one! Kids are using it as a meditation space, and in a bold move by the school it is open to the public. Being a fan of his work and the way he shapes light, so important to an architect like yours truly,I will be adding this to my list when I next visit!
